CitraGarden Lampung is the Company's first project outside Surabaya area, which was launched in February 2005. CitraGarden is developed on 57-hectare of land with a concept of "First Class Living", i.e a modern and fully equipped residential estate. This concept is the first in Bandar Lampung, the capital city of Lampung province. The location of this project is very strategic, which is close to city centre and having beautiful views to the sea and natural green hills. CitraGarden will be developed into a residential estate of around 1,000 houses, 8 hectare of commercial areas and a water park.
